The Macedonian Outreach was concerned about the well-being of our sponsored children and their families in Skopje, Northern Macedonia during the current COVID-19 crisis. Vula wrote to our partner Brother Sokrat and here is his reply:

We are glad to report that we were able to find a way to distribute food to the ghetto. Three days ago we obtained from a supermarket chain all that we need. Every child in the program has now received a large food parcel. It includes necessities like flour, oil, beans, and toiletries.

The families were very grateful to receive the food. This is especially true because our government has just tightened up the measures. Curfew now lasts from 4pm to 5am during the week and we are not allowed to leave home on the weekends.

We are grateful that the Lord has not left these people alone and has opened door for us to find and distribute food safely.

Praise God for all our blessings, and for providing to these families. It is so wonderful to see the smiles on the children. They have many good people praying for them.
