Continuing with our work in Athens/Piraeus area, we visited the Evangelical Church of Piraeus where The Outreach helps with their soup kitchen. There we met with Pastor Pavlos. Piraeus is the largest port of Greece. In this soup kitchen, they prepare and package dinners, then take them and distribute them to refugees and homeless at the port. Incredible ministry! Then we visited the clothing distribution center. I actually recognized some of our clothing and I am sending a picture of our box for our Monday workroom ladies to see. We came full circle of over 6,000 miles!!! Our last visit in Athens was with a dear brother Christos from the Free Evangelical church where we have partnered in the work for many years. Jennifer Jack, a Scottish missionary, has been serving here for decades. She does work among the Albanian people both in Greece and Albania. (Unfortunately, she was ill and we did not get to see her.) She has been our main contact person all these years with this precious group of people, the Albanians. I thank God for carrying out His purposes by allowing all these workers to be used by Him to His glory!
